The car arrives winter-ready, fully fuelled or charged, at the agreed time. Handover takes about 5 minutes with a digital condition report and the contract signed on the spot.
At the end of your stay, we pick the car up directly from your address at the resort. The deposit (pre-authorisation) is released on return.

Yes. Every car leaves winter-ready: equipment suited to the season and to the French mountain-law regulations in force in the Alps, a full check before delivery, and fully comprehensive insurance included. The Mercedes G 63 AMG 2024 and the Porsche Cayenne Coupé, our 4x4s, are the most capable on snowy roads.
Our cars are delivered compliant with the winter regulations applicable in the northern French Alps (loi Montagne). The exact equipment depends on the vehicle and the conditions: tell us your resort when you book and our team will confirm the planned setup. For high-altitude roads we recommend the G 63 AMG or the Cayenne Coupé, both 4x4.
The deposit is a simple card pre-authorisation — nothing is debited if everything is in order: €5,000 for the Porsche Taycan, €6,500 for the BMW M3 Competition, €7,000 for the Porsche Cayenne Coupé and €15,000 for the Mercedes G 63 AMG 2024. It is released when the car is returned, after the condition report.
